Job Duties and Tasks
· Our customer support team is vital to helping our customers succeed and patients who need a little extra help, get it. In this role, you will have to be able to do the following;
* Cover support email and phone
* have a good understanding of the quickrcare.com platform.
* be able to walk a lost customer through their account.
* have great personal skills
* Adapt to an ever-changing environment.
